RETURNS POLICY
We offer free and easy returns within 30 days after delivery.
Item must be in new, unaltered, unused, and resellable condition. It should be in its original box with all tags and labels unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. Otherwise, Syunsoku will not honor refund for the merchandise.
RETURN OPTIONS
Exchange:

An exchange is only available for the sizes and/or color of the same item.We won’t accommodate exchange requests for different product.
- You can return your original item for a refund and then place a new order for a different item instead.
Replacement:

In case you receive a wrong, defective or damaged item, please let us know by contacting our friendly Customer Service team at support@syunsokuusa.com
- We will cover return and exchange shipping.
- Shipping costs for any returns aside from this will not be refunded.
Refund:
- Refund will be issued through Paypal.
- Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.
- Refund will take days depending on the payment method you opted.

- Your order number
- Details of the issue (e.g. incorrect item or defective item received)
- Pictures and/or videos of the item
- After inspecting the product, we will send you the return label.
